More Than You See 3.07 – New Year, New… NOPE!
Happy 2022 everyone! I know that with the start of a new year there is always talk around the “new and improved” version of yourself. I talk this week about how damaging that mentality can be to our mental health, suggest some healthier ways you can track your new year and set goals for yourself, and remind you that you are perfect. Exactly as you are.
