Ever tried sticking to a morning routine but got bored? Try this instead — a morning menu!
Put together a list of things you’d like to do in the morning, then each day when you wake up, pick a few from the list that you’re drawn to. Listen to your intuition. Don’t feel pressured to check each one off your list. This way, your morning routine can adjust with what you really need each day.
